The 219 pump has a capacity of 45 gallons per hour of standard soft serve or shake mix with an adjustable overrun. For use with all Stoelting manufactured freezers. Includes a built-in pressure relief valve to prevent excessive pressure build-up in the freezing cylinder or mix line, and air-controlled pressure switch and overload protection. Factory set pressure.
